Tangible Assets

African countries possess significant natural resource wealth beyond traditional value assets such as gold and gemstones.

The continent holds substantial reserves of key mineral resources, many of which remain only partially explored. Africa ranks among the leading global regions in reserves of manganese ore, chromite, bauxite, platinum group metals, cobalt, phosphates, as well as oil and natural gas. Asbestos deposits are also present across several jurisdictions.

In addition, various regions have experienced historical and ongoing socio-economic and political dynamics that may result in population movements. In certain cases, this has contributed to the circulation of movable assets, including cash, artworks, and other valuables, some of which may be offered for sale through informal or formal channels.

Prior to engaging in transactions involving such asset classes, comprehensive due diligence is essential, supported by relevant contextual analysis and professional advisory input. The mere existence or presentation of physical assets does not constitute confirmation of legitimacy or transaction security.

From a risk management perspective, visual materials and non-standard documentation are not sufficient to validate the integrity of a transaction. Transaction security can only be ensured through properly structured legal, logistical, and compliance frameworks across all stages of execution.

Accordingly, we recommend engaging exclusively with verified counterparties and utilizing regulated, transparent mechanisms for asset transfer and logistics operations.

Notary Services

Impartiality is a fundamental principle of notarial practice. A notary must be bound by strict professional duties and must not act in situations involving a personal interest or conflict of interest. The public relies on the assumption that notarial verification processes are conducted independently, without corruption or undue influence.

We cooperate exclusively with notaries who have been duly vetted through prior transaction experience and verified compliance standards.

Lawyers

In Africa, the legal profession includes qualified attorneys and legal advisors who provide legal consultation and represent clients in legal matters. They assist both individuals and corporate entities in managing legal processes, and may also conduct formal correspondence and draft contracts where required.

As in other jurisdictions, legal professionals in Africa typically specialize in specific areas of law, such as family law, property law, tax law, or commercial law.

Storage

Bank vault storage facilities serve as a cornerstone of secure asset management, providing a highly controlled environment for the safekeeping of valuable assets. Designed in accordance with international security standards, these facilities ensure robust protection of client holdings.

Key security features include reinforced construction using high-grade materials, multi-layer access control systems (including biometric verification, access cards, and CCTV monitoring), and controlled environmental conditions to preserve asset integrity. In addition, stored assets are typically covered by comprehensive insurance policies, providing an additional layer of protection.

We offer secure storage solutions across multiple jurisdictions to meet the diverse needs of our clients, including bullion storage, inventory management with detailed reporting, and secure deposit and withdrawal logistics.

We work exclusively with leading vault operators and certified banking safe-deposit facilities to ensure the highest standards of security, compliance, and reliability.
