Partner analysis

Partner analysis in Africa is a mandatory process of structured due diligence and market research aimed at identifying suitable counterparties for international market entry.

It includes an in-depth assessment of market conditions, competitors, applicable legislation, cultural specificities, and the overall economic environment in the selected jurisdiction. The objective is to identify partners capable of supporting business expansion and facilitating successful market penetration in new regions.

Objectives of analysis

Tax incentives, or tax preferences, are special benefits granted to certain categories of taxpayers. The use of such incentives allows for a reduction in the overall tax burden.

Residents of special economic zones are entitled to a range of benefits designed to encourage business establishment and investment within these jurisdictions. Particularly attractive for non-residents are customs-related incentives, including exemptions from VAT and import/export duties. In certain cases, when importing goods or raw materials for the production of new products, the state may reimburse part of the associated costs. These measures are intended to stimulate investment activity within special economic zones, contributing to their continuous expansion.

We maintain arrangements with a number of states that are prepared to offer tax incentives to non-residents, particularly investors participating in the economy and in local projects that are under our coordination and influence over operational processes.
